Summer Hours: 8am to 6pm (7 days a week)
Winter Hours: 8am to 7pm Monday - Saturday & 8am to 6pm on Sunday
Payment:
VISA and MasterCard accepted with direct bookings only. Cash, Checks and Wire Transfers accepted anytime. Please call for wiretransfer information.
Rates and Occupancy:
Rates are based upon 2 persons per bedroom. Add $10 per night per extra person. Kids 12 years of age or younger are free.
Housekeeping Services:
Daily towel and trash removal service. You will receive a Mid-Week clean for a 7 night stay or more.
Check-in / Check-out:
Check in time is at 3:00pm and Check-out time is at 10:00am. If you anticipate a late check-in, please contact Fallridge directly, prior to 6pm. After 6pm, please expect a check-in packet taped to the front desk window with your name on it. Inside will be room keys and instructions.
Extras:
Rollaways, Cribs, Highchairs, Booster Seats and Pack & Plays are available on a request basis at a $10 per day rental fee. Humidifier rentals are $5 per day or $30 per week.
Cancellation Policy:
All reservations are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee duducted from deposit for any reservations cancelled MORE THAN 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received with LESS THAN 60 days notice are subject to forfeiture of deposit depending on re-booking of space reserved.
Summer Deposit Policy:
Two night deposit due 10 days from booking.
Final amount due 30 days prior to arrival.
Winter Deposit Policy:
Three night deposit due 10 days from booking.
Final amount due 30 days prior to arrival.
Holiday Deposit Policy:
50% due 10 days after booking.
Final amount due 60 days prior to arrival.
